Refund my payment

I want you to refund my payment back from burner it doesn’t work

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

Based on your screenshot, it seems you have used multiple account with burner app, is that correct?

You still have a subscription with one of that account.

You must first (1) transfer that subscription to the other account, then (2) you need to cancel it If you don't want to continue the subscription.

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support (UK)


Then you can try to request for a refund., see Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
