My stolen phone is disappeared from my devices list

My phone was stolen so I selected it as lost mode on Find My Phone. However when I received my new iPhone and did the backup to the new device, the previous phone has disappeared from the list of my devices. Now I am worried about the data in the previous one and finding the location of my old iPhone.

It can disappear only if your Apple ID is known to others.

Change your Apple ID password and choose a strong password. Review all the personal and security information in your account. Update any information that isn't correct or that you don't recognize, including: Your name.
