WD PASSPORT DISK IS FULL

So I’m trying to upload files from my company’s Box account to a WD My Passport 2 TB, but I am encountering all sorts of problems. First off it won’t allow me to create an online account whenever I try it says something went wrong. Then I read a couple of articles and figured out how to format the drive to my desktop. However, now when I try and copy my files over it will tell me that the disk is full. I am not a tech wizard, so please put these in Laymans terms, I also need to turn these in tomorrow morning.

For the Box account, you would need to contact Box or your company for access details.

For the drive, ensure that it is formatted correctly; perhaps using APFS if you plan to use a Mac. Erase and reformat a storage device in Disk Utility on Mac - Apple Support

Western Digital Out-of-the-Box:

When you purchase one of these particular drives, it is both Windows and macOS compatible. So, if you ultimately wanted to, just get a new drive, and let it sit allowing it to be read by both Operating Systems.
