Sorry, but an iPhone 6 can not be upgraded any further than iOS 12.5.6

If your apps need a newer iOS, you'll have to buy a newer iPhone model.

iOS 14 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices - Apple Support

iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 are compatible with these devices - Apple Support
