Safari looses session cookies, so after some time (15-30 minutes) I have to login again. This happens for all my synced tabs with iOS and happens even if I use only macOS. It’s very annoying because I have to login again in a lot of services, multiple times a day. I turned off all the privacy settings in macOS and iOS that can be related to cross site tracking etc but it still happens.

I understand. We can't discuss beta software on this site, except to provide instructions for unenrolling from Apple's beta software program. The right place to report bugs in provided in the beta enrollment agreement as described in their FAQ, under How do I provide my feedback to Apple?
Whether it's a bug or not, I don't know.
