Small black shadow in the top right corner of the iPhone Screen

So, i Have the iPhone 6s Plus and one day i looked at the battery level to see how much and i Noticed a Small Black shadow in the Top right corner , and what i understood that its not the that ink black spot but its a small semi transparent shadow that appeared suddnly.

Note: I have Never Ever Dropped the Phone or it fell off.

Can someone tell me what is that and what is the solution because Its makes me uncomfortable, i think it might Increase and Spread all over the Screen

i hope that the solution Not to Replace the Screen because it is VERY Expensive

Hi Eyad1821,

Although we're unable to see the issue in your photo, does the issue occur in all apps or just certain ones? The photo is taken with a white background, but are you able to see it when the background was a different color?

"If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch

Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
Remove any cases or screen protectors."
