Apple Watch functionality

I will be travelling to Dubai, and I want to buy an Apple Watch over there, but I’m not sure if it’s going to work in Europe and what features will be disabled. I heard that UAE iPhone models don’t have FaceTime, so I am scared that the Apple Watch will also have some features disabled.

Apple Watch Ultra region lock Apparently Watch ultra is not ultra. In this world people are traveling and communicating. This device was having three different versions for three different regions in the world and they are not working at each region so this is for adventure and you can do your adventure only at your region and please apple don’t tell me it is frequency limitations because my oldest iPhone is working everywhere around the world but not Apple Watch Ultra. Apple watch 7 ECG Function Hi, If I purchase applewatch from Pakistan (where ECG function is disabled), will the ECG function patleast work if I use in UK or do I have to buy watch from UK for ECG to work there?

An Apple Watch sold in Dubai will likely work in Europe, but why would you take the risk you could have an issue? Apple Watch warranty is not international. Any savings you might see from buying in Dubai would quickly evaporate and then some if you need warranty support. It is ALWASY best to buy the watch in the country you live and will use it.
