Flash light

While using a phone accidentally turned on its flash light but we didn’t noticed then how we can understand that?

Last time I was inside a coffee shop then I noticed that a men he is using his phone but he didn’t noticed that his flash light is turned on , Then I told him

In this moment I noticed we don’t have a single notification in side our screen ( last update we got a new feature while turned on our camera a small green dot is there to notice you , and while turnd on our mic there’s a yellow dot will notice you that

Then why we can’t implement a white dot for indicating for flash light?
