Lost iphone

Im a caregiver of Old lady… and when she got home, her phone was gone…. I just want to know the options how to locate her mobile…. She doesnt know her icloud… please help… i can send her mobile number if needed… thank you

Without knowing her Apple ID (what you called “iCloud”), locating her iPhone would not be possible without simply telephoning it and hearing it ring.

First:

If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support

Then:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Please go to this link and follow the instructions provided to see what can be done, but if she has no access to her iCloud/ Apple ID this can be difficult. Also make sure to report the loss at the local lost and found authorities or at law enforcement if you think that the iPhone is stolen
