How do I identify the source item on my iPhone that is linked to an unknown Apple ID?

I am in the process of setting up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max by transferring the contents of my old iPhone to the new iPhone. During the transfer, I was prompted to enter the passwords for 5 Apple IDs (2 are from family members and the others I do not recognize). I suspect the IDs are associated with some type of media file, possibly brought in via iTunes, or app purchases.

Is there a way to determine the "items" linked to these other Apple IDs so I can eliminate them?

Now that the transfer / set-up process is completed, my new iPhone keeps periodically prompting me for the passwords of these various Apple IDs

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
