Iphone 12 Mini is not turning ON (switched off suddenly)

Hope everyone doing well, be safe and be healthy, take care of you as well as your family.


I have purchased this phone 12 Mini 256GB in Feb 2021 (India) and yesterday (11-11-2022) the mobile was switched off suddenly after attending the call I was keeping the phone on my desk, It was suddenly switched off itself, and without doing anything.


And the mobile was not connected to power at all because the battery charging was 60%. And I have been using the iPhone cover since I purchased the mobile and there is no single damage on iPhone, it looks like a brand new mobile because I have maintained it like that.


After that, I have been trying to switch ON the mobile using Vol Up, Vol Down and continuously by pressing the power button, It did not boot OR powered ON. And I tried by connecting the charger and the same procedure tried, still not getting powered ON and not showing anything display like charging OR Apple LOGO.


This is the first time I have observed the issue on iPhone (And also this is my first iPhone purchased) And No one has communicated about the Extended warranty OR anything about If we come across this kind of issue, I have visited the Apptronix here in Hyderabad and they mentioned that the entire board (PCB) to be replaced. And they did not inspect OR opened my phone and confirmed anything concretely.


My question is If there is the damage of single IC whether it is a power IC , resistor, inductor OR any component, that component should be replaced and it would cost very less compared to replacing the entire motherboard OR PCB, right?


Could you please suggest to me OR guide me on how to resolve my mobile (iPhone 12 Mini) issue with minimum cost?

I have been contacting Apple Customer care as well as Apple Authorised service center, but both of them have not provided any help to resolve my issue with minimal cost. The cost they mentioned is almost equal to the new mobile cost and I can not bare.

So after all my lot of efforts to talk to Apple Customer care as well as Apple Authorised service Center, I did not get any concrete help from them.
