It is not allowing me to download

It is asking to connect itunes support to proceed further.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from an Apple support -> click  contact Apple Support for help.

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one

  • If you want to change your card, add first the new card, then remove the old one.
  • or if you use your Apple ID balance, set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store, see ->

  • How to complete your purchase if a payment failed or was declined
  • If you still can't make a purchase
