Can you please advise why I'm unable to update the software on my MacBook Air from High Sierra (10.13.6) to the current Ventura OS? I have 115 GB available. Thanks

How to upgrade to macOS Ventura - Apple Support describes system requirements.
If your Mac does not meet those requirements, you may be able to upgrade to an earlier version than Ventura. Start here: How to download macOS - Apple Support
