all my data wasn't transferred to new iphone. what should I do?

Which particular data is missing or was not transferred? NOTE: The apps will be in the process of downloading directly from the App Store and therefore that can take some time. The same goes for syncing Photos, Contacts, Notes, etc. from iCloud. Allow some time to elapse so that data can be synced from iCloud.
