VMware Fusion — Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken

I've been attempting to run an (.ova) file after importing it on VMware Fusion (the software's running on an M1 Mac with macOS Monterey, via Rosetta 2) but the error message below keeps popping-up
