Why do some passwords have company logos on them and others do not

In the Passwords section of settings on iOS, why do some passwords have the associated company’s logo on them and others don’t?

It’s the logo of the company site that the password is associated with. If the password is a duplicate or if the site doesn’t have a favicon* there won’t be one.

*A favicon is an html object that is displayed next to the site name in the address bar of your browser or in the tab in a tabbed browser display.
