Unpairing an Apple Watch

I am getting the message "Maggie's Apple Watch" is not Ready to move it iPhone. This apple watch will be ready to move once the remaining items have finished syncing.


I am unable to unpair the phone to reset it. I have already Reset the APPLE WATCH but it will not pair.


iPhone 5s, iOS 10
