My Apple ID has been blocked

Failed To Login App store.

Based on your screenshot If you visit https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT208856 you get a message that "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from an Apple support -> click  contact Apple Support for help.


Keep in mind: Never post a screenshot with your personal information, such as Apple ID.

The host will delete your screenshot.
