Charging

Is it true my iPhone 13 Pro Max tops out at 27watts… as far as trying to speed charge it, which I’m not. Just want to know if 27watts is the limit, is it healthy, or just stick to 20 for battery health.

You can use any larger power adapter and it won't harm your iPhone. The phone won't draw more power than it is designed to. See the information in Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support including the following excerpt:

Fast charging works when you use an Apple USB-C to Lightning cable and one of these adapters:

  • Apple 18W, 20W,2 29W, 30W, 35W, 61W, 67W, 87W, or 96W, or 140W USB-C Power Adapter
  • A comparable third-party USB-C power adapter that supports USB Power Delivery (USB-PD)
