how do i reset my ipads passcode without erasing data????

You cannot reset your iPads passcode without erasing the data. After you restore the iPad, you will be able to restore your latest backup. Both of these methods will delete all your data.

If you do not have iOS 15.2 or higher or the that option will not work for you, you will need to use a computer. See: If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support
