Can you provided more information on the steps taken before getting this error message?


We see from the screenshot that you are connected to a VPN, does this continue if it is disabled? Testing this can help isolate this issue a bit further and rule out the VPN as the cause. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.


Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support.


You can also restart your iPhone to troubleshoot issue. Restarting can help resolve many unexpected issues we may face with our devices.



1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds.

3. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears to power it back on. Once back on, test to see if this continues.
