why some Apple watches series 3 have only a type c usb , and some others have type c ( usb ) and charger like these photos

if one of them is an older produced watch it would explain the older connector
The Series 3 watch was released in 2017. Until 2021, they all came with standard USB A. If you got a new Apple Watch 3 with a standard USB A cable, it was manufactured some time ago. And Apple Watch Series 3 is no longer manufactured or sold by Apple.
