I lost my MacBook Pro files

mine is having 250gb storage but why it was showing extra space which is i am not sure.last time i called the same but not helped.

and also one more problem is when i was copying data from mac book to seagate hard drive videos are not copying and i lost my data compltely.Please help me to my number
