Macbook pro makes weird sound when closed.

My Macbook just fell off my bed while open, slightly closed, then stood there.

Now it makes a weird sound when closed or opened, coming from the nodge between the screen and keyboard.

What part of it was damaged? Should I worry about it?

It sounds like the sound of something sliding, and it takes significantly more pressure to close it fully when its mostly closed.

Brand New MacBook Creaking So about a week ago I purchased a brand new MacBook Pro M1 and recently I have noticed when I move it while its open in makes creaking noises within the keyboard area or hinge or trackpad. It's not like it keeps doing it over and over in the same spot but instead across the whole device making it random and un coordinated like throwing a dart blind folded. It isn't affecting the performance of the computer though the noises that it makes are pretty annoying for someone like me whose ears are always on and alert all the time. I would think that maybe this is either a manufacturing defect or something is loose across the whole build but I came here to here others perspectives and if anyone else shares my problem.
