Do you know how to fix my iPhone 14 plus it turns on fine but the screen is not responding and I only got the phone 3 days ago and have not dropped it.

First try a Forced restart

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better then as this phone is brand new from Apple you should
