How to select (ICC) color profiles for printing

My printer (Epson XP-970) keeps printing the wrong colours. Appears to be a color profile issue.

The option to select a color profile is nowhere to be found on Venture. Any ideas how the profile can be configured when printing?

(They are locally installed in ~/Library/Printers/Epson/InktJetPrinter2/ICCProfiles)

HP Printer doesn't print in color from my MacBook Air I set up my new hp printer and when I try to print from my Macbook Air, the print dialog box does not offer an option to select 'color'; it only offers the choice of printing b&w. When I look at the print preview, it shows the preview in b&w even if the item to be printed is in full color on my screen.
