Delete the PayPal app and they Honey extension will be deleted from Safari
The PayPal Honey instructions do not explain how to remove it, but refer to https://help.joinhoney.com/article/365-install-the-honey-mobile-extension.
In its Step 3, toggle that switch "off".
Then, delete the Honey app according to Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.
