I purchased İphone 13 pro max in June and after 5 months I noticed that the phone is very quickly discharged, even when at rest without cellular connection turned on and the WIFI phone turns off completely. contacted the local Support Service, we were told that this is a factory defect of the phone matrix. you need to replace the matrix. Doesn't Apple give a 12-month worldwide warranty against factory defects? I have been using Apple phones exclusively for 9 years and I really would not like to face such a problem.
