Bulk delete Messages on watch
Is there a way to bulk delete messages in the watch or at least synchronize the messages? If deleting on the phone, delete in the watch option

The answer is no to both. You cannot bulk delete messages on Apple Watch and as you've learned, message deletions do not sync with Apple Watch, when deleted on other devices.
It's always been this way.
