Music.app - scroll bars and keyboard scrolling disappeared

Since upgrading to macOS Ventura, in Music.app, the scroll bars disappear and keyboard up/down keys do not work.

In order to get the scroll bars to re-appear, I have to slightly resize the window.

Anyone else seeing this?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Are you experiencing this behavior with any applications on your Mac other than the Music app? If so, please specify.

In order to isolate this issue further, let's test this behavior in safe mode and in another user account on your Mac. Here's how to start up in safe mode, and how to create a new user accounton your Mac:

Start up your Mac in safe mode

Change Users & Groups settings on Mac

This is not affecting any other apps, only Music.app. See also Menwith_Phil's response below.

Additionally, this only seems to be affecting the external keyboard and mouse - if I use the built in trackpad on the MacBook Pro, scrolling works as expected. Again, no other apps show a difference between built-in and external keybaord and mouse.

I have this exact issue but only when using apple music.

I have show scroll bar always set in general prefernces and that functiion is working in all apps apart from music.
