I have an iphone7 which I would like to give to a family member. I have lost the passcode and find my iphone is enabled. I've followed the instructions to wipe the phone but the passcode is still required to activate it which I believe is due to find my iphone being enabled. If I bring this phone to an Apple store can they unlock it? I have proof of ownership. Thank you in advance.

Hi Neil, Thank you for your response. In following the link provided it appears to show how to recover your Apple id and or password. I have both of those. What I need is the iPhone power-on passcode to unlock the screen.
