Duckheads interchangeable between all power adapters (regardless the power capacities and the USB ports)?

I recently broke the duckhead of my MacBook Pro 2019 charger (A1989). I have a 61W USB-C power adapter, and I was wondering whether I could purchase an Apple 12 watt USB-A network adapter, and interchange the duckheads between both power adapter.

I'm not sure whether duckheads are interchangeable between all power adapters (regardless the power capacities and the USB ports), which is why I'm hesitating.
