Is it ok for the globe to spin slowly?

So long story short. I got a new 2020 13" MacBook Air and after 5 months of laziness i finally decided to reset my old 2012 13" MacBook Pro to factory settings. When i was doing the ⌘R thing it didn't show up the utilities. I decided to use the ⌘⌥R it showed me a spinning globe.

Now there is the problem. The globe is spinning very slowly (0.16666666666FPS sometimes a little bit faster) Should i be worried? Is my old 2012 MacBook Pro a potato when it comes to spinning the globe?

The animation may just be slow because the Mac is busy communicating with the Recovery server, or trying to.

Refer to About macOS Recovery on Intel-based Mac computers - Apple Support. If necessary, scroll down to where it says If you see the globe and warning symbol.

Should i be worried?

Would it help?
