How can I solve the issue of my apple iphone 11 going into SOS mode only? my device does this even when im connected to WIFI with my WIFI calling enabled. this has become a huge burden in trying to make and receive calls as well as sending and receiving text messaging.

I had the same thing I took the SIM card out and put it back in and now it works
Check your iPhone settings
Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
