Cannot connect to App Store
I am unable to connect to App Store. Receive a message ‘cannot connect to App Store’. ‘Retry’.
All of the Apps I currently have loaded work and update as needed.
I contacted Apple Store and steps they provided were no help. It appeared others had been contacting them with same issue.
I posted a question on this topic last week and it has since been removed.
any ideas?? Thank you.
