Cannot connect to App Store

I am unable to connect to App Store. Receive a message ‘cannot connect to App Store’. ‘Retry’.


All of the Apps I currently have loaded work and update as needed.


I contacted Apple Store and steps they provided were no help. It appeared others had been contacting them with same issue.


I posted a question on this topic last week and it has since been removed.


any ideas?? Thank you.

Thank you. My issue is not being connected to service. I have service. My issue is the message ‘cannot connect to Apple Store’. ‘Retry’ when I click on the app to connect to download apps. I can use all other apps on my phone with no issue.

Please start here, see -> If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad

If you still don't have a 'service' after that, check -> iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues

Then try again.

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


Try again, see -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
