iPad connect to mobile phone
Thinking to buy a iPad to my wife and want a simple version.
Question: is it possible to use a mobile phone and connect to the iPad to use the mobile Wi-Fi for surfing on the iPad?

You iPad is able to connect to mobile phone and Mobile broadband (a.k.a. MiFi) hotspots.
Your mobile phone cellular plan must include tethering for you to be able to use its hotspot feature. If necessary, check with your mobile phone’s cellular carrier to ensure that this feature is available to you. While many/most cellular plans do include tethering, some do not - or may levy an additional charge.
