Trade In

In the UK, I have a phone I am trading in. Apple sent me the box but I don't know what next? Do I post it or take it somewhere?

Hello,

Yes, it should have a shipping label. Just send it back using the carrier indicated. You may have to take it to the carrier's location etc.
