Watch face problems

I have two favorite watch faces: Metropolitan and Infograph. I like that the numerals on Metropolitan remind me of my old-time Timex watch face and that they are animated. BUT in the last day or two, the numerals haven't opened up fully. They are very squished and now are very tall and narrow in appearance.

Also a problem with Infograph. I usually had it on the multicolor option, but the other day I changed the color to match my outfit. Now I can't find the multicolor option anymore.

I'd appreciate any insights.

Hello Loren,

Thanks for reaching out to us in Apple Support Communities about how to customize the face on your Apple Watch. We're happy to help by looking into this more!

Here's a resource that can help: Change the watch face on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

How to customize the watch face on your Apple Watch

1. Press the Digital Crown to go to the watch face.
2. Touch and hold the display.
3. Swipe left or right to choose a watch face, then tap Edit.
4. Swipe left or right to select a feature, then turn the Digital Crown to change it. For example, you might change the color of the second hand or the markings on the watch face.

With regard to the other issue you mentioned, try restarting your Apple Watch to see if that resolves the issue: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Hope this helps.

Best Regards.

Thanks. I failed to mention that I had already restarted my watch before asking for help.

I found the Infograph color face I was looking for, I was just looking in the wrong place.

As for the Metropolitan face, the numeral animations started working properly today. Unknown what caused, and then corrected the problem, though. Just so no one thinks I’m crazy, here’s what it looked like before it got fixed
