iPad/Google maps

I’m a visually impaired ipad newcomer. I’ cannot see the roads/background in Google map. Can the contrast be improved. Internet comments suggest not, but surely an apple geek can find a way?

why are iOS Maps now blurry when view in 2D or 3D? I use the iOS maps a lot on both my iPad & iPhone & enjoy being able to zoom in & look at the 2D & 3D views but have notice the last couple of times I have used it the view is blurry no matter where I am searching & no longer has the sharpness that it had previously. Why is this & what has changed? It is the same on both my iPad & iPhone both of which are current in terms of software updates.

How to fix Maps switching to dark mode on my iPhone? I have my iPhone display setting to light, but when I open Maps it jumps to dark display. I don’t see any setting in maps to stop it. maps not allowing me to tap on a point of interest When selecting a point of interest on my Apple Maps, nothing happens. For years the point of interests information would pop up on the left. It’s almost like my screen has been disabled. But I can use my fingers to zoom in and out and move the map around. So clearly my display is working. Been going on for over a month. I update my IOS when ever new updates come up. Just pisses me off and frustrates me. My other iPad and iPhone work fine, just this one. 🤬🤬

iOS/iPadOS has visual accessibility features that are designed to enhance visibility for visually impaired users:

Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size
