Notes App - Crashes by using monospace font AND tab

Hey.

I am very tired of this annoying bug of notes app on macos (SINCE macOS Sierra).

If I write some code notes in apple's note app on macOS and add line break AND press TAB-key to indent my code, the app crashes.

Important: If the cursor blinks one time and you press after with amount of time TAB-key, then there is no crash. But if you type code, you do it normally quite fast. So you get very often crashes of this app.

Important 2: This occurs only with monospaced font.

I reported this bug n times, but the bug is still there, after years.

Schame on you Apple. Your notes app is by far the worst choice for developers.

Every other note taking app has code blocks these days. But not apple's note app.

Also it is a terrible experience to use notes app in a browser. Yooo, the experience with an internet explorer was much better, as with browser version (iCloud) of apple notes.

Guys, I need your help. I have to many notes in apple's note app, so the switch to another (better) one is not easy. Maybe has someone a solution or an advice for that problem.
