Is there a way to upstage your iPhone storage by trading in your phone if it’s in perfect quality and that you only need to pay the amount that it would’ve been for the more storage say, you’ve got a 14 pro max with 128GB and you want 256GB could you not give your phone to Apple and then you only pay 200 bucks more for the bigger storage iPhone?

You can return your iPhone to Apple for a full refund if it's been less than 14 days since you bought it. You will get all the money you paid for it and can buy a new one with more storage if you want to.
