How do I go in and unlock my SIM card where is it at where is the settings at that I need to fix my Sim card by unlocking it or put my PUK code in Dam

Settings>Cellular>PIN SIM...

If you want to reset your SIM PIN, you need the unlock (PUK) code. You can ask your cellular carrier for that code.

If you mean something different, please explain your needs better.
