My AirPod pro is fully charged but isn’t connecting

My left AirPod Pro isn’t connecting to my phone and the light on the case is not coming on unless it’s on a charger. I go into my Bluetooth settings when it’s connected to a charger and it says it’s at 99% and not charging but my right one is at 99% and charging. In the picture below I have my AirPods in the case and the case is on a charger. Any one else have this issue? I’ve connected and disconnected multiple times
