Ios 16.1 flaw and 16.1.1

My guides access becomes like this when entering my passcode,the number buttons become wide and you will be only able to see 2,5, and 8 but the other numbers are somewhat partially hidden on the side of the screen, I can’t screenshot the situation due to guided access and cannot record screen when entering my passcode.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

I have observed the same issue on my iPhone 11 pro max after upgrading to iOS 16.1.1. It looks like the issue happens when the app is running on landscape mode and we try to turn on guided access mode.
