Why did my group call drop the iphone user when I tried to merge a call between an android and an iPhone on my Mac?

We understand you noticed that the iPhone user on a group phone call disconnected. We'd be happy to provide information to help you troubleshoot this.
When calling the group, are you using FaceTime audio for the iPhone user? This may be why the call dropped. It's possible that this also was on the user's end and not yours.
