After my update when I call someone I can only use the speaker there are no other options. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hello Becks194,

We understand that you only have the option to put your phone on speaker when you're placing a call. We'd like to provide you with a few steps that may help:

Restart your iPhone:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

• Remove all screen protectors, films, or cases from your device.

• Clean the speaker or receiver opening with a small, soft-bristled brush. Make sure that the brush is clean and dry.

To clarify, do you experience an issue while on a FaceTime call? Having this information will allow us to further isolate the issue.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Stay safe and well.
