Hello Migueiommi,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Congratulations on your new AirPods. We understand that you’re concerned about the limited warranty. Did you purchase the AirPods as an open box item? Did you speak to the retailer where you purchased the AirPods to see if they were an open boxed item? These answers will help us to isolate the cause further.

Take care.

Hey Migueiommi,

So if the AirPods were brand new and the warranty coverage date is incorrect, you'll need to contact Apple with that purchase receipt to get the warranty coverage date corrected.

You can connect with their support here: Get Support

Just select Hardware Coverage > Correct a Purchase or Expiration Date > Continue, to view their available contact options.

Cheers!
