SMS number 88 - 911
I subscribed to this sms number supposedly for local government alerts but research shows that it is a scam or something to get other info. Can anyone confirm if this is legit or not please and thanks

Contact your local government and ask them if they use this system and this number.
Either this is legitimate, or you already handed over your info.
Only difference with those two possibilities is whether you get alerts.
