RAF file
Hello everyone, I wanted to know if there is full support of RAF files in MAC OS sooner or later? Is there any hope?

If you are asking if there will be support for every Fuji camera made that doesn't seem likely. If you are asking if Fuji compressed RAW files will be supported that also doesn't seem likely.
Other than that, no one here has knowledge into what Apple's plans are.

The RAW support list for Ventura.
Digital camera RAW formats supported by iOS 16, iPadOS 16, and macOS Ventura - Apple Support
If you are on an older operating system than the one where Apple may provide the RAF support for your specific Fuji camera model, it will not be made available retroactively to the older operating system.
In Apple Photos at least the compressed RAF files are not visible, neither in Finder with Preview. I use Adobe Bridge to be able to see the content. With Adobe Lightroom and CaptureOne on the Mac everything works flawlessly obviously and I export everything as JPG to Apple photos. The other alternative is to convert RAF to DNG with e.g. Iridient X-transformer. My recommendation is to use Adobe Bridge combined with Lightroom or CaptureOne.
