How to remove iCloud account on iPhone?
am using UK used iPhone there is another iCloud in it I think when Tim crouse is going to change the phone he forgot to remove his iCloud, can you help

You will need the iCloud account password to remove it. There is no way to do remove it otherwise.
The iPhone should have been erased and the iCloud account removed during the erasure process.
Contact the person that had it before you and ask them to remove their account and wipe the device.
